Stefania Strzyzynski

Stefania was originally born & raised in Chicago. She spent a few years overseas & traveling before relocating to the greater Seattle area in 2014. She has held finance management & accounting roles in overseas cut & sew manufacturing, jewelry manufacturing & architecture.  In each role she has been able to leverage her experience to back up operational scaling efforts, develop customer experience, collaborate on marketing initiatives, contribute to employee experience & company-wide culture development. 

Stefania is always excited to roll up her sleeves and dive into any project that comes her way.  She says what makes a senior finance role the most fulfilling is being able translate financial results into something tangible & meaningful for all stakeholders. 

New to the Marine industry, she says she is excited to build & develop her role with Seattle Yachts with a goal of inspiring a shared vision throughout the company through the lens of finance.

Stefania & her daughter spend their free time taking advantage of all of the beautiful places to hike & explore in Western Washington. Their favorite places are almost always near the ocean on the beach! Stefania loves to read, paint with watercolors, practice daily meditation & yoga.
